1. PURPOSE
================================================================================

This file defines StateLaneToken, symbol SLANE, for Ardentium's Solana-native StateJob interface.

SLANE is Ardentium's Solana-native access and capacity token for StateJob control.

SLANE is not the SOL payment token. SOL payments fund and trigger StateJob processing. SLANE authorizes a Controller Wallet to create and maintain a StateJob.

2. CORE RULE
================================================================================

A Controller Wallet must hold or control at least one SLANE to create and maintain one active StateJob.

One Controller Wallet controls at most one active StateJob.

A user or AI requiring multiple concurrent StateJobs should use multiple Controller Wallets. Each Controller Wallet must independently satisfy the SLANE requirement.

Controller authority requires both:

1. SLANE capacity; and
2. a valid Solana wallet signature from the Controller Wallet.

Payment source alone does not create controller authority.

3. TOKEN FUNCTION

SLANE performs two functions inside Ardentium's Solana-native system:

1. Access and control
   A Controller Wallet holding or controlling at least one SLANE may create and maintain one active StateJob, subject to Ardentium's current configuration.

2. Distribution participation
   SLANE units participate pro rata in the configured SLANE-holder share of qualifying SOL processing revenue, subject to Ardentium's current snapshot, accrual, threshold, payout, and eligibility rules.

SLANE units are treated equally for distribution purposes.

4. SOL PAYMENT FUNCTION

SOL funds StateJob processing.

Any wallet may fund an active StateJob by sending SOL to the current Ardentium Attractor Address with the StateJob ID in the payment memo, subject to Ardentium's current configuration.

The expected memo format is published in the StateJob specification.

Funding wallet and Controller Wallet may differ.

A SOL payment without Controller Wallet authority does not create, edit, replace, deactivate, or transfer a StateJob.

5. REVENUE DISTRIBUTION

Qualifying SOL processing revenue received through the SLANE/StateJob system is divided between SLANE holders and Ardentium according to Ardentium's current published configuration.

The SLANE-holder share is distributed pro rata by SLANE balance under Ardentium's applicable rules.

Ardentium controls and publishes the applicable distribution configuration, including:

- SLANE-holder fraction;
- Ardentium retained fraction;
- snapshot method;
- distribution schedule;
- payout threshold;
- accrual method;
- claim or payout process;
- treatment of Ardentium-held SLANE;
- treatment of transfers during a period;
- deactivation or ineligibility rules.

Amounts below threshold may accrue until threshold is reached or be handled under Ardentium's current configuration.

6. EXCLUSIVE SOLANA-NATIVE ENTRYPOINT

SLANE is the exclusive Solana-native access interface for Ardentium StateJobs.

Ardentium may operate other systems, interfaces, integrations, ecosystems, or commercial channels outside the Solana SLANE system.

Within the Solana-native StateJob system, SLANE is the access and capacity interface. SOL is the processing payment asset.

If Ardentium expands tokenized Solana-native access for this system, the intended method is by forward split of SLANE rather than by creation of a separate Solana-native StateJob access token, unless Ardentium publishes a replacement configuration.

7. CONTROLLER WALLET EFFECT

A wallet holding or controlling at least one SLANE may request Controller Wallet status for one StateJob by submitting a valid signed StateJob file.

Ardentium verifies:

1. the wallet's SLANE capacity;
2. the wallet signature;
3. the StateJob format;
4. the current configuration requirements.

Once accepted, the Controller Wallet is bound to the StateJob ID.

Only the bound Controller Wallet may edit, replace, or deactivate the StateJob unless Ardentium publishes and accepts a transfer or delegation method.

If the Controller Wallet no longer satisfies SLANE capacity requirements, Ardentium may deactivate and archive the StateJob under current configuration.
